Refunds
How a refund works here, in plain words.
The short version: write to us inside the window, say what you bought, and the money goes back the way it came. No form, no phone call, and nobody trying to talk you into staying.
You have between 14 and 60 days, depending on what you bought.
What actually happens
- 1Write to us and say what you bought. You do not have to explain yourself, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
- 2We check the purchase against your email or phone number. This usually takes minutes, not days.
- 3The refund is sent back through the same method you paid with — the same card, the same UPI app, the same bank.
- 4Your access to the course ends at that point. That is the trade, and it is the only condition.
What you keep
Anything you downloaded and anything you made. We do not ask for patterns back and there is nothing to return unless a physical kit has already shipped.

This page is written to be understood. The refund and cancellation policy is the document that governs the sale, and where the two differ it is the one that counts.
