Privacy
What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
- You give us: name, email, phone number, and a delivery address if you order a kit.
- From your use: which lessons you have watched and how far, so we can show your progress and pick up where you left off.
- Automatically: how you found us — the ad, campaign or link — plus IP address and browser, for security and to know which marketing works.
We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details. Those go directly to our payment partner.
Why we use it
- To give you what you bought and to support you when something breaks.
- To send order confirmations, access links and delivery updates.
- To send lessons, offers and reminders — you can stop these at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To measure which advertising actually works, so we spend less of it badly.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business, and only what they need:
- Our payment gateway, to take payment and issue refunds.
- Our WhatsApp and email providers, to message you.
- Our courier partner, to deliver kits.
- Meta, in hashed form, so advertising can be measured. Your email and phone are hashed before they leave us — Meta cannot read them.
We do not sell your data. We never have and there is no version of this where we would.
How long we keep it
Account and course records for as long as you have access, plus the period tax law requires us to retain transaction records. Marketing data is deleted within two years of your last interaction.
Your choices
Email Help to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll action it within one working day. Deleting your data ends course access, so we’ll confirm before doing it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember which version of a page you were shown so the price does not change under you, and to measure advertising. Blocking them in your browser will sign you out but will not stop you buying.
Children
The service is sold to adults. Children are very welcome to learn from it with a parent, but the account and payment must be an adult’s.
