Refunds and cancellation

If a course isn’t right for you, we refund it. No forms, no interrogation.

Courses and digital products

Every course carries a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Email Help from the address you bought with, or message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll refund the full amount.

You do not need to give a reason. We do ask one optional question about what didn’t work, because it is how the courses get better — but a refund is never conditional on answering it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed.

Kits and physical items

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it — your choice — and we cover return shipping.

If you simply change your mind, unopened kits can be returned within 60 days. Return shipping is yours in that case, and we refund once the kit reaches us in resalable condition. Yarn that has been wound or used cannot be resold, so opened kits are refunded at the digital portion of the bundle.

Memberships

The Crochet Club carries a 30-day guarantee on your first payment.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future payments — it does not cut you off immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can also pause for 30 days instead of cancelling, once per year, and keep your place.

Where a subscription is collected by UPI AutoPay or e-mandate, we send a notification at least 24 hours before every charge, as required by RBI. You can cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank at any time.

How long refunds take

We process refunds within 3 working days of approving them. Your bank or UPI provider usually takes a further 5–7 working days to show the money back in your account.

Programmes sold by application

Higher-value programmes are sold after a conversation, and their refund terms are stated in writing before you pay. Where nothing else is stated, a 14-day guarantee applies.
